From its beginnings in a household kitchen in early 1980, Pat-a-Cake grew from a staff of 5 to 22 today. In the early 1990's, Pat-a-Cake was relocated from a deli in East Avenue, Eastwood, to itspresent location on 50 Duthy Street. Our products were made originally for wholesale. Over time, a range of products have been made available and catering for businesses is our fastest growing area. We also have a coffee shop where customers can enjoy a wide range of our mouth-watering home-made products. The success of our bakery would not have been achievable without great staff and hard working bakers.
